We offer a full refund within the first 30 days from the purchase date for eligible Shared Hosting and VPS services, subject to the terms outlined below.

• ✓ SSL Certificates (within 7 days of purchase if not issued or activated)

How to Request a Refund

1. Open a support ticket through your client account.
2. Select the service you wish to cancel.
3. Provide the reason for cancellation (optional).
4. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 3–7 business days.
5. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period.
• Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Services that have been fully customized or completed upon the customer's request.
